This document is interesting because someone tried to tidy it up and add a bunch of stuff about how torture is bad and doesn't work, but you can read what they've drawn lines through and crossed out. Like under the bit written in pen that says that coercive techniques are illegal you can read that it definitely didn't say that originally.
