Blurb

So I have two different scenarios and one I'm writing. So the one with Derek and Sookie being cousins is written on my blog. That one came about because of Adele Stackhouse's maiden name being Hale. I love this one, it's a bittersweet crossover, because of the time lost between family with Talia being afraid of Sookie finding out about them and taking the kids away. I love a good Talia kind of sucks fic but in this one it's understandable (I'm not a Talia fan at all)

With the other scenario with Derek being a Bellefleur through his dad? This one is a little more light hearted and funny. Derek's dad is also alive and a deadbeat who abandon's his kids when they're young and only made some appearances when they were kids. This one also leans into the Talia was free spirited and that her kids had different parents. Laura's dad is a guy Talia met in college during spring break and never thought to tell about her, Cora's dad is a married human businessman she met while working in New York when she was twenty five and had an affair with and Derek's dad William "Willy" Bellefleur, a light hearted, irresponsible wealthy child and second cousin of Andy and half brother of Terry (more on that later).

I gave up on this because I got steamrolled by the mean part of Sterek(I love the fandom but some of ya'll can be so mean) so I won't be continuing the story which is a shame it was a good one.

I don't mind I'm flattered that you've probably gone through my blog to see this stuff, it's waaaaaay back. Anyway, Cedric would be good with either of them although I will say that at the end I can see him ending up with Malia. Cora, I don't think, it would go anywhere except surface level I also think this is because of Isaac-in this scenario.

Anyway, yes, Steve has already met Talia though they only met once at this point in Dealers Choice, it would have been just before Steve and Nancy would have dated in season one of Stranger Things. There was a party, he met this beautiful mysterious girls, they sleep together and Talia dips.

So by the time the Beacon Hills Hale Pack wind up in the past eldest Harrington/Hale child is already born even though Steve doesn't know it yet.

Oh Whoa! Okay I almost forgot that story because, well, I wasn't treated very well when I was writing it and the person who was writing it with me left a bad taste in my mouth because they wanted to go their way and it was so gross.

Anyway, had Dealers Choice continued then in a way, yes, Derek, Cora, Peter and Laura would have changed their futures. Especially Cora. It would have eventually been revealed that the night the fire happened Steve and Cora had run upwards towards the attic before the roof collapsed and that Steve would have noticed, from the attic window, a break in the mountain ash circle. He throws Cora out of the window, after telling her he loves her and telling her to survive no matter what and how sorry he is, and she sees when the roof collapses on him and the house.

When she reveals what happened she reveals that he didn't scream but she heard his heart stop. It's very sad. Anyway, because Cora was there that night and it's the most vivid memory that she had of her father she does everything she can to save him so yes the future is saved. Except this version of Cora dies in the past. When Derek, Peter and Laura wake up in the future they remember the bad timeline but good!timeline Cora remembers nothing.
