As for Ashina's family, she has a Squib mother from a very prestigious Kazakh pure-blood family, with whom she has a rather complicated relationship; especially since Ashina is their only granddaughter. Ashina's mother was also bitten by a werewolf, just like her, so they both have lycanthropy. She works as an accountant.

Ashina's father is a first-generation Syrian Muggle from Turkey. He works as a baker.

Ashina also has 2 older brothers: one who is the same age as Tonks (1973), and another who is the same age as Percy Weasley (1976). Neither of them has magical powers (but still has magical blood?) 🤔
