I deal with regression which can be super distressing especially if it’s triggered out. Other times it can be a super helpful tool. I’ve been taking a lot of steps to meeting myself where I am. I’m learning to give myself the patience to myself that I give to others. 

I live with my parents cause I need the support. I’m super lucky that I have really awesome parents who love and support me so much

I bought a bag of vintage toys on facebook marketplace. I dont remember coming across it but I woke up and saw the messages and went welp guess I’m buying some toys😭. There is a reason my youngest part isn’t allowed much phone access. I love spending the night at my bestest friend’s place because my younger two parts feel safest. Dealing with regression is the weirdest because sometimes it’s wonderful and other times it so overwhelming but I’m glad I have safe places

I must say I have had a few really good days. I spent that night at my besties and I even had one of the nicer regression episode. While I typically can’t remember details from when I regress I can still tell the difference between distressing regression and calm and happy of course.

I got to play with the new dinosaur coloring book that my mom bought me and then to day my friends and I went swimming!!!
