Dying is a gift, so close your eyes and rest in peace

The trainers I use are Rampage, Lennys Simple Trainer (With the Outfit Changer add on mod), I play with a controller on PC so thats how I can use both mods that use F5 to avoid both trainers opening up on me. Unfortunately you have to edit a generic ped face and you can't even do much with that except give them, eyes, teeth and hair. No scars, blemishes, makeup or eyebrows. Best you can do is get as close to your online character as possible and then take photos obscuring their face either with angles, hats or masks.

To load up a multiplayer model without crashing I change Arthurs model in the Rampage trainer and select MP_MALE or you can use MP_FEMALE. They show up missing lots of their body and head. Thats when you use the outfit changer mod to set a head and torso along with clothes. Also if you want to change the body build of your character like brawny, skinny, athletic, etc (Do this first). In the Rampage mod change the Outfit Variation to around 130 that's when the body types should be visible and pick the one to your liking. I'll drop links to the mods below just in case!
