there was something about you and how you would hunt. lucas was always watching, observing coming to the point of being obsessed with the way you load, cock and shoot.

since deers, bucks and elks were something you love observing and didn't enjoy hunting, even though you didn't enjoy hunting rabbits either.

but you had to make dinner for yourself.  snap. you turned to look at what made the noise, the subtle whistle of the wind was all that could be heard. lucas was able to get out of sight.

some days later, you both met each other. you said you needed someone to help you with your kills. you were aware of what lucas was but you played it off.

so, you did anything a reasonable person would do, you told him he was a good boy. absolute FREAK!

his body reacted to you calling him that although he didn't what to show that he loved being called that every time he'd do something good. the poor thing couldn't control himself when he would help you around your house.

you would whisper small compliments to him as he helped you place down the rabbits you hunted.

“be careful with the way you cut. if you cut the organs, you ruin the meat”

you said to him with a blank stare, you even helped him position the knife correctly

he wasn't expecting you to be so close to his body, your scent was intoxicating. he couldn't really focus from the silk that was your voice and your smaller hand on his guiding it through the cut.

he was close to just holding you down and taking in your scent more but he made himself resist. a little later, he brought two bowls to the table.

“thank you, lucas” you softly thanked him. he was expecting those two words again, his leg bopping up and down.

he kept messing with his blue and red flannel shirt, recognizing what was going on. you put a hand on his as you continued sipping from your soup. getting up, you caressed the top of head, hand rubbing over his locs.

“thank you for the food, you did a great job” holding a side of his face. he looked up at you, his much bigger frame becoming smaller as you whispered.

“good boy . . .”

his breathing became shaky, knowing he's been aching to hear that all night. after dinner, dishes were drying and you went for a shower. he fell asleep on the couch, barely fitting on it. you found it cute that a guy his size, could be so . . . desperate.

how he would fein over how your voice was or how’d you ask for his help when need be. you started to walk away from him, but he woke up and caught you by your wrist.

you looked back at him, you two shared the silence. eyes staring at each other as the bathroom's light gave you an enchanting shadow. as you walked away, he didn't stare you down but he did steal glances from your form.

“fuck”

he swore under his breath, the image of your body not leaving his mind. the next morning, you saw lucas sitting by the window as he was observing, watching as the trees would sway back and forth. you walked up behind him, and rubbed his head again.

his eyes closed to your touch, small growls could be heard. he turned in the seat towards you and embraced your body, taking a huge inhale of you. he was addicted. you held his face as his hands roamed your lower body. once more, you were engulfed in silence.

the harsh gazes to one another were enough to send him to the edge. he pressed his cheek to your stomach as you took a cig from the side table your were standing by.

he immediately took the lighter of his out his pocket and lit it for you, giving him a small smile after.

“baby, lemme in! i'm sorry about what happened” you heard him through the front door, the anger still apparent as you were doing your makeup.

“go away, braxton! i'm not letting you in!” he put his head against the door, pleading to talk about what happened two nights ago. “you've been ignoring my calls, i needed to talk to you”

you cross your arms as you make your way to the door. “that's because i don't answer phone calls from cheating losers!”

he sighed, feeling like shit. “please open the door, the neighbors are looking at me” he said as he nervously fiddled with his kandi bracelet you gave him.

you finally come to the door and crack it slightly. 

“what do you want?” he smiled when he saw your beautiful face and that you were wearing the Paul Frank shirt he gave you as a surprise because you loved the cute, little monkey mascot: julius. he did a happy scoff as he placed his hands on top of his low pony-tailed curls.

“i was wrong, baby. [❤︎],  i . . . really hurt you when i did what i did. but i’ve missed you so much-” you put a finger on his lip to shut him up.

“what does she have that i don’t have?” he looked at you then attempted to look at your finger on his mouth. you moved your hand from his lips, placing it back on the door to possibly slam it in his face again.

“she was different, but nothing like you. when i went out with her, i kept thinking that . . .this girl is so not my style, she's not my favorite girl, my [❤︎]” you pouted at him from his words, your heart being in that in-between like state of giving in and wanting to never see him again. it hurt when you found out he tried to find someone else but hearing it from him was nice.

opening the door wider to fully be in the doorframe. “if i'm your favorite girl, why'd you leave? you said you'd never leave but you did it anyway.” he saw the way your eyes were like that of a rabbit's, big and sad. 

“i’m- well, my life isn't complete without you. i was constantly thinking of you when i was with her . . .”

“did you . . .?

“no, i didn't kiss her”

“it still kind of hurts, brax . . .”

he looks down at your door’s frame, and then his attention was brought to your cute polka stockings. you arms were crossed as you stared at him.

he did his puppy eyes to you and asked “you gonna lemme in now?” you huffed to yourself, grabbing his hand and bringing inside. once you two entered, he took his hair down, shaking it to even it out. you looked over at his as you place your iPod down on the table, softly smiling at the fact that he was trying to look good for you.

you sat on your couch and started typing on your phone, brax followed you and sat in between your legs.

he rubbed one of your legs, holding on to the warmth you had due to his hands being cold. you started playing with his hair, braiding some of it as he messed with the kandi again.

“i-”

“just let me enjoy this please, brax. i'm still mad at you.”

“you still love me?” after he asked that, you took at sigh and kept playing with his hair.

“yes, but i'm not accepting your apology.”

“aight, i got it.”

you leaned his head back to kiss his forehead. he smiled at you, his tooth gem being apparent as he did.

“i'm not letting you off easy, braxton.”

he nodded at you, enjoying your touch and being with his favorite person again. 

both of you knew that it will take a little to get back to how you were before, but he was enjoying that fact anyway. 

kissing your leg as you two spend the rest of the afternoon with each other.

“you're a fucking dick, marshall” your voice was muffled in the sheets,

“fuck you . . .you bitch”

marshall spat at you whilst his hand grips your neck, fucking you into the sheets of your shared bed. he caught you sleeping with someone else after he kicked you out of the apartment, a certain toxic possessiveness takes over when he sees you with other men. same goes for you when you saw him with another girl at a club you were at.

you walked over to him and smacked the shit out of him, crying as you left. you two always had this fucked up cat and mouse game you would do. one day, you'd throw him out the house and another he'd throw you out which would result in physical fist fighting.

bloody lips, bloody knuckles, black and blue bruises which would always lead to you two fucking and then you kicking him out again.

the day after, a knock reached your door as you walked over the remains of the broken coffee table you two broke while fighting. it was marshall, with your favorite flowers and a box of candies you don't care for. 

“what the fuck do you want, asshole?”

“i'm not an asshole, you skank. i'm tryna be nice with you. don't ruin this shit for me.”

“play nice like you were doing with that bitch at club, huh marshall?” you smack him with the bouquet and pour the candies down his shirt.

a few days rolled by and you were by yourself in a department store, the blond was around inside as well. he walked up behind and held you. which ended up with you decking him in the face

“fuck your eye, marshall” you wanted to yell at him, so you exited out the building to get away from him. he followed you out of the store, bringing attention to both of you.

“where the fuck you going?” “getting the hell away from you!” he gripped your arm harshly, turning you to face him.

“another dude putting himself inside you? you don't smell like it”

“shut up, those pills got you talking out your ass. and if i did, that's none of your business” 

you swiped your arm from him, as you put your purse in the back seat and got into the driver's. “don't fucking ignore me” you held your tongue, people from afar kept staring at the two of you. 

“don't you drive off, [❤︎]” you rolled up your window and started pulling off, he kicked the back of the car before you left.

it happened again. he knocked on the door, you two argued and after that, you were bent over the couch. he gripped and pulled you by your pony tail. he would bite and leave marks on your body so you would remember him whenever he would be kicked out or walk out, there was always something of his to have.

“fuck, you're squeezing the hell around me, [❤︎] . . .” he sloppily kissed your the back of your neck, thrusting harder until you came and he came right after you did.

it was raining, your clothes were all wet even with the umbrella you used. braxton was in the store too, roaming the aisles picking out particular snacks he wanted because of his somewhat intense munchies.

“hey!” snap!  “hello, earth to braxton?” he was still out of it, until he shook himself. “my bad, i was just enjoying the view” the comment made you frown, you shook your umbrella at him.

“oops, sorry . . .” he dropped the items in his hands with a pissed off face. “you did that shit on purpose, always on that petty shit just cause i was staring” you roll your eyes “get a grip, don't nobody what an asshole like you eye-fucking them.

would you like it if a girl did that to you?” he smirked, licking over the gem “yeah, i would. at least i know i’ll be getting some play” you scoff disgustingly at his sentence, the clerk getting impatient and asked.

“y'all gonna fucking buy something or what? i don't have time for a lovers disagreement.”

you immediately shut the clerk's assumption down “we’re not together, he wishes tho” he swipes his upper lip “are you still mad about three years ago?” he puts his items on the court, the clerk begrudgingly scanning them.

“yeah, maybe i am still mad because you left me after you said you weren't going to and your sister was there too. she could probably back me up on this but y'know” he shakes his head “sure, as if she likes yo ass anyway. she didn't like the fact i was fucking you anyways”

you looked away from braxton, the loser didn't regret a word he said at that moment. “but you still look good tho after three years” you cross your arms, eating a stick of gum from the pack you just bought “shove it. . .” 

you walked out the door back in the rain.

he thanked the clerk and went out the door to his car. you were still walking as he was able to catch up to you “at least lemme drive you home?” you ignored him, thunder rumbled loudly as he asked. 

“i'm fine, but thanks tho” he scoffed, parking the car and getting out of it 

“you still on that petty shit still? forreal? i know you still mad-”

“no shit, i still am. you left me because your sister didn't like me and kept comparing me to someone who you were with before me, she doesn't even have a right to critique me knowing how she ghosts past people she's dated.”

you looked toward the glowing object in his pocket. he pulled the phone and kissed his teeth “damn . . .” 

“speaking of the devil. oh look, if it isn't your guard dog calling”

braxton looks at you both, confusion plastered on his face. “jade, what is she talking about?” you slid off the hood of his car and stood beside them both.

“she didn't want you to be with me because she would make passes at me and wanted me for herself. she told me to lie to you about it being something about your exe or whatever the fuck. but like she always does, she ghosts people and doesn't want anyone to bring up how she acts.”

jade's eyes go big, trying to get him and herself away from you. you kept eye contact with her as they both moved away from you.

“brax, she's lying. i didn't do that shit.” 

“nah, but you did. you said if i wasn't with brax, you and me would've fucked by then. that time i stayed the night at you two’s place and you were saying that to me in the kitchen one night where brax was sleeping close by on the couch. don't lie now, jay.”

he moves his arm away from jade, getting in his car and driving back home. jade watched him drive off as she walked up to you “you didn't have to say shit, now look what the hell happened”

“well, you shouldn't have been touching up on me knowing damn well that i was going out with him at the time”

“but that was three years ago?”

“three years and you still try to call me? you're not slick, i should've told him that too” jade grabbed your face with her left hand, staring you up and down.

the rain was in fact not helping. “but you never told him that i fucked you too, but it was so good it made you keep quiet. even when you would stare me down at the parties we'd throw”

her hand moved to your throat, squeezing slightly and pulling you closer to her “you're sick, [❤︎] . . . really fucking sick”

bite markings appearing along your neck. she was able to draw blood from it, her hands placed on your drenched body. locking eyes with you, her hand wiped the blood from her lips. she pushed you off her, you stared at her with a smirk.

“i gotta go catch up to braxton and get away from your crazy ass” you looked up at her, kissing her lips, enjoying how her piercing felt once more. 

“bitch . . .” her voice is loud enough for you to hear.

“i know” you said to her as you backed away from where she stood. picking up your umbrella, walking away. she stared at you as you walked, heading into her own car to go back home.
