journal series: I’m not close to giving up using my academic planner, but it feels nice to get back to my roots and pull out my old bullet journal every now and then (or, just journal now?). I’ve been feeling a little anxious again recently so I thought it’d be a good idea to start journaling everyday again, or at least, as much as I can. I’ve been learning that a positive mindset can truly change your outlook on life, and that gratitude lists should always be held at high priority.
