The Q Man was inspired by Lupin the 3rd, specifically Takeshi Koike's take on the series. I experimented a little more with the line weight here.

Akira Toriyama inspired Peter Griffin. Yes there's a Family Guy theme, haha. I didn't want to take the obvious route and make him a "Goku." I looked more towards early DB and Dr Slump for his direction.
