some side games I've messed with in recent memory outside of Tekken, with their upsides and downsides:
Street Fighter 6: everything about Akuma is the illest ever and I love how he looks and feels in SF6; I kinda dislike the Drive system and don't love looking at a lot of the characters. But I like how there are lots of different shapes of ladies. They got Marisa and Manon and Kimberly and they're super charming. I love Akuma's musical theme and it plays all the time which is so sick.
Guilty Gear Strivé: they made I-No's hat *enormous*. Actually playing the game hasn't grabbed me yet? I like I-No's theme but I haven't yet figured out how to make the game play a different song ever? ...
