43) A sports team that pranks/gets payback on their captain/best player by turning him into a blob of fat. I can picture the teams motivation for doing this could range from just a petty/light hearted prank to an actual comeuppance for how hard the captain could've been treating the rest of them.
As for how this could happen? Probably best to use some sort of "instant weight gain" solution. (Hey its fantasy, whatever drives the kinky plot forward)
Regardless, the captain would drink the formula while they're all in the locker-room after a game/practice and start swelling into an immobile blob of fat. While/after he's growing the team would of course tease and pick on him for how fat he looks now.
Afterwards the team would leave him there, thinking that the formula is only temporary and would ware off after some time. However, cut to some time later and the team discovers that their captain hasn't returned to his old size when they return to the locker-room. Maybe a further effect of the growth could change his mental state over time. So, for the hours he was left alone his mind slowly deteriorated into mindless hunger.
This unintended outcome would cause the team to panic as they try to figure out a way to reverse the effects without anyone finding out what they did. (And maybe the team's coach stumbles upon them, prompting them to use the same formula on him to stop him from alerting anyone.)
44) A guy who is the "chubby" or "fat" one of his family (or friend group?) is tired of all the teasing/jokes targeted towards his size. Through some magical means he's given the chance to make a wish. So he uses it to try and stop the teasing, wishing that he instead was the small or scrawny one of his family.
Much to his dismay, nothing about him changes. His family on the other hand have had their weight blown up significantly way past his weight.
The main guy would of course be shocked, but there's a spark of hope that his family would finally stop teasing him about his weight now that they are all so overweight.
Unfortunately for him they still do. They just make fun of him for being so much smaller instead now.
45) A medieval fantasy setting with the classic scenario where a prince is kidnapped by some evil force and his heroic knight goes on a quest to rescue him.
For this story I'd imagine that the knight and prince were already lovers set to be married. Before they could be wed though the prince would be kidnapped, most likely right at the altar. As the malevolent villain escapes with the captured prince he curses the knight to try and stop him from coming after them.
The curse would cause the knight to steadily turn into a mindless glutton. Despite the curse the knight still ventures out into the land to save his prince. Of course along the way his mind would gradually deteriorate as he's compelled to consume more and more. Even as he loses himself his determination keeps him focused on his journey for his love.
By the time the knight reaches where the prince is being held captive he's grown into a completely gluttonous monster. His blobby form rampages through the villain's lair as the last sliver of his old self directs his destruction towards finding the prince. (Most likely devouring the villain to do so.)
Ultimately in the end he finds his lover, but he's a mindless, gluttonous shadow of what he once was. In the face of his prince his mind is now torn between the desire to save him and the impulse to devour him. Eventually his broken mind comes up with the solution that the safest place to keep his prince would be in his stomach.
