For those who have had trouble loving others, and themselves. To melt a cold heart, and bring back its ability to love. Can be performed on yourself, or others.

♥ you will need: a taglock, something to represent a heart (a heart drawn on a piece of paper, a small heart charm, etc.), red string, water (use moon water if you prefer), a bowl/container, and a freezer.

♥ fill the bowl/container ¾ full with the water.

♥ using the red string, bind the taglock and the heart representation together, while focusing on the love and affection of the chosen person. think about how they used to show their love, and how it felt to have them care.

♥ submerge the bound taglock + heart in the water.

♥ place the bowl/container in the freezer.

♥ when the water has frozen, take the bowl/container out of the freezer.

♥ focusing on the heart inside, say the following:*     “too long apart from warmth has turned you cold and hard     no love can reach you through your walls of ice, through your frozen guard     yet time will heal your bitter sores     and warmth will once again be your’s     for as this ice melts, so will your frozen heart     and numbing walls will no longer tear you and love apart”

♥ when the ice has completely melted, take out the bound taglock + heart and let it dry in the sun. you can keep it in a place that gets lots of sunlight, or dispose of it in an alternate way.

Dear Love Witches,

Have you ever felt your energies dwindle, and experience a rush of guilt or panic during these instances? It is impossible and unrealistic to be upbeat and romantic all the time, but having something magical which you can rely on as a form of encouragement never hurts! Make your own “Love Shaker” bottle to use in those times of stress or lack of inspiration.

Use: For Love/Beauty Witches to use as a form of charging + boosting.

What You’ll Need:

• 1 bottle (of any size) with a cap or cork

• A pink, white, or red candle (and something to light it with)

• Himalayan pink salt

• Rose petals (of any colour)

• Rose oil

• Optional: One small rose quartz stone

What You Do:

1). Make your sure bottle is clean, and then begin to add in your ingredients. Begin with the pink salt (amount will vary based on the size of your bottle). Let the grains fall in slowly, imagining each one as a little kiss on your heart.

2). Add in your rose oil — just a few drops — visualizing it combining with the salts to create a rosy, fresh, and uplifting mixture of magic.

3). Now add in your petals (dried or fresh). As you add them one by one, associate each petal with something you’d like to incorporate more of into your life. (“One petal for creativity, one petal for self-love, one petal for communication,” etc). If you have chosen to, add in your rose quartz tumble stone. (The single stone will be symbolic of your heart)!

4). Close your bottle. Now it’s time to say a blessing!

5). Light your candle and place it so that it is right in front of you, central to your heart. Settle your gaze on its bright flame, and pick up your bottle.

6). Holding the bottle to your chest, repeat the following words:

“This heart is filled with much to share,

But sometimes needs a break.

I boost myself with love and care,

Through each and every shake.”

7). Now close your eyes, and shake your bottle so that the ingredients mix together. Your intent is pure love; an abundance of inspiration, freshness, and sweet encouragement.

8). Blow out your candle, give thanks, and return to your bottle to give it a quick shake whenever you feel in need of an energy boost. (You may also choose to shake it before performing magick)!

steps:

part 1

make a sigil that represents something such as “i will try not to hate on myself” (mine at bottom)

brew your coffee/make hot cocoa/prepare chocolate milk

pour creamer/sugar/cream/milk/etc into coffee in the shape of your sigil

stir clockwise, visualizing the creamer/sugar/milk/etc’s energy fusing with that of the drink, making said drink infused with the message that you will not hate yourself.

write your name on a sheet of paper

drink ⅘ of the coffee

place the paper with your name on it on the ground and pour the remaining coffee on the paper

burn or bury the paper

cover paper/ashes in salt/salt water

cleanse

part 2

light the candle and set it in front of you

grab a cherry and eat it, spitting out the pits and collecting them to the side

place one of the roses in the fireproof bowl. pick the petals off of it and throw the stem aside.

burn the petals

watch as the smoke from the candle and the petals merge, streaming love throughout the air, all circulating back to yourself

optional: place himalayan pink salt into jar

put ashes into spell jar

put cherry pits into jar

put rose quartz into jar

put (non burned) rose petals into jar

optional: put full moon water into jar

put top on and seal with the pink/red candle wax

you can keep the jar permanently to amplify energies or keep it until the next full moon then:

remove non burned rose petals, cherry pits, rose quartz

pour ashes and water out into a water source (lake,pond,puddle)

bury non burned rose petals and cherry pits

cleanse rose quartz
