Life with Boogie & Squeaks

My boss tried to send me home because she felt I was too angry. She said that I was wrong about being understaffed -- even though the co-worker with the neck issue also went to her with the same feedback/request. She said that the problem was me & that maybe I just can't handle the job. I told her that I just wanted to get some work done now that I finally had a day in my office. So that whole interaction (& several before) felt pretty abusive & solidified my desire to get the fuck outta that workplace.

This year I'm trying to get back into gardening consistently enough to keep things alive through the summer. So I decided to stick with flowers & to just use up old vegetable seeds. Quite a bit didn't sprout so there's plenty of empty space. I was going to get vegetable plants on sale racks, but haven't quite gotten around to it.
