Tav opens the door, and is faced with a scene that parallels the likes of Top Gun. Shadowheart is straddling the motorbike, wearing a leather jacket and gloves. She pulls off her helmet and puts on a pair of sunglasses. Tav is left to pick up her jaw off the ground.

”Ready to ride, Tav?” Shadowheart drawls with a lopsided grin that is about to make Tav come undone right there in the driveway.

”Uh-huh,” Tav manages, dazed by the spectacle.

Shadowheart hands her the extra helmet that was hanging off the handlebar. With the helmet secured under Tav’s chin, Shadowheart puts hers back on, too.

”You look so hot in that, Tav,” Shadowheart’s voice rings inside Tav’s helmet.

”How are you doing this?” Tav asks, confused by the voice.

”The helmets are connected by Bluetooth,” Shadowheart explains. ”Did you hear what I said, though?”

Tav smiles. ”You look amazing, too.”

Shadowheart offers her hand to Tav. ”Hop on, sweetheart.”

Tav climbs behind Shadowheart. She could really get used to this, despite the fear of a sudden death on the road. Having Shadowheart between her legs like this is so sexy Tav has to put effort into not thinking about it too much. As the engine roars to life, the vibration of the seat is dangerous combined with where Tav’s mind currently is.

Tav wraps her arms around Shadowheart’s waist and they are off. The weather is wonderful, and Tav relishes the breeze as they zoom through the town. They aren’t the only ones taking advantage of the weather; a group of motorists leer and beep their horns at Shadowheart and Tav as they ride past, which prompts Tav to hold onto Shadowheart a little tighter.

She’s never been a jealous person, but Shadowheart has brought that out of her. As much as she knows Shadowheart would never two-time her, others looking at her mechanic too intensely makes a beast rise within Tav that wants to tear the head off anyone who dares to get too close.

Shadowheart doesn’t belong to anyone, but she is Tav’s to care about and, yes, to protect, if need be. Among other things.

”How’s it going back there?” Shadowheart asks through the helmet.

”Just thinking about you,” Tav responds.

”Oh?” Shadowheart’s voice turns impish. ”Tell me more.”

”Those guys ogling you back there. And how they can suck it, because you’re with me,” Tav says and gives Shadowheart’s waist a squeeze for emphasis.

Shadowheart chuckles. ”I am, indeed, with you. I like it when you get jealous. It’s adorable.”

She then pushes her ass backwards, making more contact with Tav’s crotch. The throb in Tav’s lower belly drops down, finding its home between her legs. Her breath hitches audibly at the sensation.

”That’s right, Tav. You’re the only one who gets to have me.” Shadowheart’s voice in Tav’s ears is sincere, with that wonderful, sultry edge that tells Tav how little she has to worry about anything.
