favorite thing about them - I love that she haunts the narrative. Load-bearing absence. I love that on first glance she has like, 2 scenes but the more you pay attention, she's everywhere. It's so fun to explore and find out more about her and, through her, more of the family dynamics. Also I love that she's kinda ruthless. What she does to Painted!Clea is kinda brutal and I think it's a great character choice. Eldest daughter of all time - her Axon literally carries part of the world on its back. I am going insane about her!

favorite line: this line is ABOUT Clea not from her but it's just. SO laden with implications: "She wasn’t scared of death itself. / She was sad because there are more works of art than she’d ever be able to see in her lifetime. / So many fables from around the world that she’d never be able to collect. To bring her life in her workshop. / All the beauty in the world she’d never get to experience. That saddened her."
brOTP: Clea and her lil brother Verso are very dear to me. I would like to know more about their relationship!!

random headcanon: okay while I don't have an OTP for her, @linka-from-captain-planet and I have invented a very queer backstory for Clea that involves her having a messy on-again-off-again relationship with the prima ballerina of the Paris/Lumiere/whatever ballet. Clea has a whole bunch of lovely ballerina Nevrons so. you know. artist. muse. etc.
unpopular opinion: I like that she's mean!!! I like mean characters! It's not as if she's one-dimensionally mean. She clearly has a more layered relationship with her parents and her sister than just "hates them".
song i associate with them: okay stick with me here because it's really a Clea and Francois song, but "When She Loved Me" by Sarah McLachlan from Toy Story 2. Tell me that's not about Clea and Francois. and, ofc, the "clea don't pull your sister's hair" manor track. She's a menace ❤️
