I honestly never thought I'd be able to balance this well! Since my ballet bar class, I have improved immensely. I would 110% recommend a ballet bar or surf fit class! I didn't think I would be very good at it but somehow I was! Even if you think you can't do it, just don't think about it and do it! Your mind is what is holding you back (in most cases). I can't believe I am engaged to the love of my life and we are getting married in just over 200 days! I have been so blessed to find such a funny, charismatic, patient, loyal, wonderful (I could go on... 😉) man! He is definitely my rock! Oh and did I mention he's a farmer?!
