Snacks for the road 😊 Picked up snacks for the ride home at @traderjoesfood in @nashville so I won't be stuck trying to find the healthiest truck stop snack. Plan, prep & pack so you can eat real food where ever you go.

What's your early morning look like? Mine started with some early P90x3 yoga and some stretching out, which of course brings the cats around. Every time I sit on the floor the cone over for cuddling and attention. Best way to start my day! Mike and I both have to start super early today so I had to wake up extra early to get started. But I'd rather do that then come home tired and try to fit in a workout. One more week till we hit the road to Nashville, we are in countdown mode 😁

Do you workout because you have the energy or because you WANT the energy? Today was because I want it. It's dark and cloudy out and I'm feeling lazy, but I know I need this. 🔹I need to feel like I did something good for myself and start my day in the right direction. 🔹I need to get my mood right and rock this out. 🔹I need to get this off my list for today. 🔹I need to do this because I scheduled it. What ever it is you need to do, find a way to make it happen and accomplish it. If you don't you're only delaying your own success.

I thought I had to leave for work an hour earlier than I actually do - win! So I got dressed and pressed play now instead of tonight when I get home. I could have made the excuse that I have to get ready for work, I could have enjoyed my coffee and watched the news. But I have goals to be healthy, happy and strong. Working out makes me want to eat healthier to its something I need to do everyday to set myself up for a great day and to motivate others to do it too. If you want to SEE a change first you have to decide, then you have to do the ACTION that will get you the RESULTS. It's called dedicated, not obsessed. My husband asked why I don't sit and work in the passenger seat where there's more room? Idk - I guess it feels odd sitting as a passenger in my own car... alone... maybe I'll have to try it someday. This is about commitment, about strategically planning and using my time to create the life I want. In order to help more people reach their goals, in order to answer all the messages, emails and make phone calls - I had to have a plan. THIS is part of my plan, lunch in my car, doing work on my phone in the sunshine with the ac on. Zero distractions. On a Sunday that used to seem so impossible when I was at my job, but I found a way. What are you willing to give up order to build YOUR dream? How will you make or find the time?

I don't need a filter to show the sweat 😬 Hella sweaty and damn proud of it! I "cheated" and did some quick measurements and I'm losing inches!!!! Dude - the scale hasn't moved AT ALL but I'm still getting leaner woohoo!! I'll take that! Sometimes that's how it works, the scale is NOT the best way to measure your progress.
