School is starting up soon and what better way to keep your semester on track than with some awesome group exercise classes at @undwellness! Mondays @ 7pm: Core de Force (MMA)! An empowering, core-focused workout, inspired by the highest-octane sport in the world—mixed martial arts. MMA-Inspired Combinations are broken into 3-minute rounds of punching, kicking, and jabbing, with moves from Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai! Wednesdays @ 7pm: Kickboxing (Turbo Kick)! This cardio interval based workout combines kickboxing combinations with high intensity interval drills and simple dance moves, into a high energy routine set to the hottest dance music. Thursdays @ 7pm: Zumba! The high energy Latin-inspired dance party workout! Salsa, Merengue, hip hop, Cumbia, Reggaeton, Bhangra, African, and more! These classes are all high intensity, but easily modified to accommodate any fitness level!
