Depression
Depression is a psychological state that is hard to cure, hard to live with, and hard to endure. A depressed person lives in a darkened world and dulled by unwillingness to act. This devastating and destructive state has a negative impact on the individual. It drains energy, evaporates optimism and paralyzes hope. It distorts the world and substantially reduces the pleasure of living. It may lead to repetitive suicidal thoughts that can end in self-destruction.
People suffer from depression for many reasons. They become depressed when all they do seems to become a failure. They get worried about their inability to realize their plans. They get shelled in loneliness. They get nervous and easily irritated. They find their lives unstable and hopeless. Depression is a hazardous state, especially when you allow it to invade your body and mind. As soon as you realize that something is wrong with your state of mind, turn to help without hesitation.
The tips to anti depression is, start to stay focused on what you are doing, fulfill those small goals and taking action to doing it. Develop supportive relationship, turning to appreciate the people around you and refrain from retreating yourself. Get interested in your own life. Always be healthy and exercise everyday. Avoid negative thinking and negative emotions. Finally, ask for help if you cannot overcome your depression without outside aid.
Look at the world from a new perspective: integrate into equal terms. Life is given only once, and you have no time to waste it. You will realize soon that problems are mainly our own creations, our own illusions, our own misunderstandings. Out of depression – to communicate with people – to establish relationships – and you will overcome the depression.

Hunger is the leading cause of death in the world. Our planet has provide us with plenty of resources, but unequal access and due to corruptions, millions of people are still malnourished. We need to promote our agriculture with the use of modern technologies and fair distributions, we can sustain the whole world’s population and make sure that nobody will ever suffer from hunger again. Let’s be fair and stop being corrupt, because corruptions can lead to death of millions of people in the world.
There is a direct correlation with hunger and gender inequalities. Empowering women to gain access to food, be providers, and lead their families has had a major impact on food access and ability to change financial situations. Many organizations are helping people in poor countries to gain access to credit. Most of these credit loans are repaid, and they have created many industries, such as farms, that help create a sustainable provision for people and also develop nations economically. If these people do not have access to credit, they cannot start up industries that combat poverty.
Although ideally it would be better to get the entire world to a place of self-sustainability, it is not something that will happen overnight. In the meantime it is important to lend a helping hand. The impact of donations, both cash and food, have had an immense impact on world hunger. Organizations such as Food for All have customers donate $1-5 when checking out. Last year they raised a whopping $60 million to fight world hunger. Almost one-quarter of undernourished people live in an urban environment. Recently, there has been a big push for urban farming. Urban farming empowers families to gain control over their own food source.

Basketball is a outdoor sport that needs communication, coordination, teamwork and many more attributes. Basketball has 2 opposing teams, each team has 5 players on the floor making that 10 players overall playing on the same court. The game has 2 Halves, each halves has 2 Quarters making it 4 Quarters. Each quarter has 12 minutes so in overall, 48 minutes of a Basketball game. But sometimes in other Basketball Leagues, a Game has only 10 minutes per Quarter. A team should have 12 minimum players and is the 15 maximum. The Five players on the floor is called ‘First Five’ so the remaining players will sit on the bench. First Five has different positions; Center, Power Forward, Small Forward, Shooting Guard, and Point Guard. Center is the tallest one on the team, he is responsible for protecting the inner part of the court, he should stop the opposing team to score inside. Power Forward is second tallest on the team. He is responsible helping the Center to do the job inside. Next is Small Forward, most of the time he is the main scorer of the team. He should be ready to catch the ball and take the open shot or he can penetrate and score inside. Lastly is the Point Guard, he is responsible for setting his teammates for the proper play. He should have good skills in dribbling the ball and protecting it from the opposing team to steal it from him. The court has three scoring options, the farthest one is equivalent to 3-Points. The next one is equivalent to 2-Points and the last one is equal to 1-Point.
Playing Basketball is not just for fun, for others it is their lifestyle. Others made basketball their Jobs or that is what they do for a living to gain money. Basketball can help you or improve you from different things. It can help you to be Physically Fit, it can help you to lose weight if you feel that you are too much in weight. And lastly, you can gain friends from playing basketball. Once you play on a court, you meet your teammates. Playing basketball helps you to improve Communication skills, because you need to talk to each other to perform a good game. It also helps you to know what team work is, because basketball needs all of the players effort to win a game. Playing basketball is really easy, you can play it every time, anywhere and you can play it with your friends or even a stranger. For some, Basketball is just a sport. But for me, Basketball is a Lifestyle. Basketball changed me from what I am before.

There are times when we feel shy and timid, when we are afraid of expressing the love we feel. Being afraid of embarrassing the other person or ourselves we hesitate to say the actual words “I love you”. One can say “I love you” in many ways: by means of nice presents and little notes, smiles and sometimes tears. Sometimes we show our love when we are quiet and do not say a word, at the other times we speak loud to express it. Sometimes we show our love by impulsiveness. Many times we have to show our love when we forgive someone.
The problem with our world is that people don’t learn to listen to each other. They hear the words, but they don’t listen to the actions that accompany the words and do not mind the expression on the face. We have to listen to see love in and around us. If we listen attentively we will reveal that we are a lot more loved than we realize; we will find out that the world is a place full of love.

Gender equality is the key for a better future. One of the important things to make a better world is to listen, to respect, and to understand each and everyone’s decision. If everyone have all of this traits we can live in a world where being true to yourself or revealing the true identity of yourself is not a big deal anymore. Gender equality is not only focusing to men and women should be equal, but it also focuses about treating the third genders with respect and equality, by letting them to do whatever they want to do or to pursue the dream they want to pursue.
Same-sex marriage is also under gender equality. By legalizing same-sex marriage allows third genders to love and to be loved, and we all know that everyone in the world has the right to choose the person they want to spend the rest of their lives with, whether it is a man or a woman. As far as I can see, there’s nothing wrong about it. It’s just about how you will think about it or how you see it as a human being.
By making this simple action we can live in a world where discrimination could not grow in foster.

Too much or too little of it will limit your effectiveness, so it is important to find your optimal level of stress - the balance at which you are most motivated. Everyone experiences stress at times - adults, teenagers, and even children.
Stress is a physical, chemical, or emotional development that causes strains that can lead to physical illness. It also reduces your liveliness and energy resources that could be used for enjoyment. Aside from this, you can also become negatively influenced in your attitudes and feelings about yourself. According to the United States Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia, "Eighty-three percent of deaths for adults between the age of twenty-one and sixty-five are related to lifestyle." Stress may lead to hazardous health. Ongoing, chronic stress, however, can cause or exacerbate many serious health problems, including: Mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. Cardiovascular disease, including heart disease, high blood pressure, abnormal heart rhythms, heart attacks, and stroke.
Some of the more common causes of stress are poor nutrition, bad sleeping habits, fear of failure, financial problems, personal loss, family changes, and deficient relationships. Bad sleeping habit also causes stress. Fear of failure is also common because everyone wants to please his or herself, as well as others, and with the effort trying to do so comes stress.
Activities like listening music, spend time with friends and family, dancing, writing or spending time with you pet can reduce stress. We should also learn to decrease negative self talk. It is important for us to recognize the early symptoms of stress so that we may be able to work on it to lead a better quality of life. With determination and proper execution, we can use stress as a positive thing for us, rather than letting it be a hindrance to our goals and dreams in life.

Tropical Depression Egay barely moving, still enhancing monsoon
Most of Luzon, including Metro Manila, and Western Visayas are dealing with light to heavy rain from the southwest monsoon enhanced by Tropical Depression Egay.
MANILA, Philippines – Tropical Depression Egay was almost stationary or barely moving late Monday morning, July 1, as it continued to enhance the southwest monsoon or hanging habagat, which is dumping rain.
In a press briefing at 11 am on Monday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Egay remains 195 kilometers east northeast of Aparri, Cagayan, or 205 kilometers east of Calayan, Cagayan.
It still has maximum winds of 45 kilometers per hour (km/h) and gustiness of up to 60 km/h. It is expected to weaken into a low pressure area (LPA) within the next 12 to 24 hours.
Egay will not make landfall in the Philippines, but Signal No. 1 is raised in Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands since the tropical depression may pass near their area.
