After reaching out to my followers and to my Canadian Politics blog, another Trans person from Victoria named Niko reached out to me and has offered to house me for the next 2 months.

This is just the big break I was looking for. I feel like living on Denman, I'm being screened out and ignored from pretty much every job because its such a remote area, but being unemployed I don't have very much money and can't afford to move to a city to become local and apply for these jobs.

This really solves all these problems. It gives me a real chance of getting employed and finally getting some financial and personal security, as well as opening the doors to having a healthy social life and mental health, after spending so many years isolated and alone at home.

For the first time in a long time, I feel hope for the future. :)
