Going to my 20 year high school reunion next month.

-An alter may have fused that was causing issues.
Day to day we don’t experience headspaces or have internal communication so this was interesting.
We have had similar vivid dreams at least 3-4 times and in two of them 3 alters were revealed who were identical to how they appeared when they later fronted.

Not going into huge details because we don’t know everything yet, but we think we finally know what caused our system to form.
It was likely CSA multiple times at a very young age. At least 4-5 alters experienced it.

Went to buy new shoes and was gendered correctly by the staff as they picked out Women’s shoes for me without asking.
HRT has also shrunk my shoe size from Women’s 13’s to 11.5. Pre-HRT I was size 11 for men.
I’m still a bit clocky, but it’s so nice that strangers just see me as a Woman now.

Its funny that the alter that does our Estrogen shots is the most masculine alter in our system, Icarus.
He's very good at focusing, and mainly helps us deal with our ADHD symptoms. He's the only one that can do our shots without hesitating or being anxious. He just does it on the first try, every time.
He gets no gender euphoria from it, but likes helping us. He gets no dysphoria from it either, so its all good.
He's a good boy. 💗
