Yep. Pretty much everything Orochi does without Kaido involvement (aka, be a huge dick) stays the same, so five years of playing the fool for Oden and all that jazz.
BUT. The Kouzuki Family overall might make it. Is that a good thing? Who knows.
Mostly because A) Magnolia's attachment to her kids leaves Kaido aware that HOSTAGES are a thing he can use (aka Mononosuke and Hiyori against Toki and Oden) and B) Kaido knows about Rivals TM and letting the small fish live so they can be fun later. You know, sparing Oden for a decent fight later on as well.
Unfortunately, I'm leaning towards the boiling Oden thing still happening, but Kaido does not shoot him dead afterwards. Does Orochi object to this and throw a baby fit? Yes. Does Kaido care? No.
I'll have to do some Wano re-examinations to really figure out what I'm shifting about, but I'm leaning towards "Oden lives but everyone still thinks Kaido fucking killed him because he 'disappears' after the Boiling Oil."
(Is Toki responsible for said disappearance with her Fruit? Likely.)

Regular Lotan and her whale seems to treated as extensions of each other, or the same being, from what I can tell.
Lotan: Cetarchon is entirely separate from the whale. Separate enough that she kills the beast and makes armor and weapons out of it.
We barely have the Dive for her so far. But here's my theory:
I think, somehow, somewhen, Lotan: Cetarchon got separated from her whale half. And that separation may have caused the Whale to go mad, enough that apparently these Six Kingdoms are doing sacrifices to it, and an whole arena and everything.
As for Lotan, she's lost herself too, in a different way. In all that matters is the fight, the battle. She does not protect, like original Lotan does and appears to be meant for.
And I think that obsession with power alone may have come from however she lost her whale in the first place. That a large portion of her power may be wrapped up in said whale, going chaotically mad.

Tulu interfering with Pontos, resulting in Strawhat having Dreams shenanigans. That even involved meeting with Murphy Fauxborne. There's also a chance that they saw the whole begining of Lemuria, Tulu and Miryam.
The thing about Lemuria is, it absolutely fit in as Part of the Void century. They would be seeing the Rise of Sea Level. Destruction of civilization. The creation of fishman.
Also. Man. They would be having feeling about the whole thing that went down. The sheer desperation of everyone. The hopelessness. The Lie to make people at peace for the inevitable end. Franky would definitely be crying. If Jinbei also saw it, he would definitely be feeling some things. It looks like beginning of his People. A race borne from desperation. An ugly beginning.

It's not every day some random pirate appears to attack you out of the blue.
A lone pirate who's bounty is rapidly rising at that.
One who sweeps in with a long naginata, fights him with just enough pressure to put him on his ass, and then runs for it.
All without doing any serious harm.
Like...a test of some kind.
"What was that, Captain?" King searches the sky, for the enemy.
"I don't know but-" Kaido finds himself grinning. "I hope they come back."

Enough to get a name.

Kaido asks her why, one day. He know he shouldn't, but the question just falls out of him.
"Why me? Why not, Whitebeard?"
The Rainmaker hums. "Whitebeard...he's strong, but not what I'm looking for. Not what I need."
Gray eyes look up to meet his own gaze steadily.
"I fight beasts who think themselves men. For that, I need to fight someone who knows what it means to lack the limits of men."
"To be a beast?" Kaido can feel his lips twist slightly, on his face. That's all that's ever been expected of him, to be a beast. A wild thing. A monster.
She half-shrugs. "Something like that. I need to be a beast too, to fight monsters like that."
That's...different. Not a hero, not a slayer, but another monster. People don't want that. They only want to use monsters.
(Like him.)
But apparently that's this woman's aim. To become a beast.

"Why didn't you kill me, those first few times?" She could have. He recognizes that now, with the benefit of hindsight. How much weaker he was than her, and how that burns at his gut.
"Because I wouldn't be able to fight you like I do now, if I did."
"But I could kill you now."
She looks up from where she's tending to her weapon. "Will you?"
"...No."
"Then we can keep fighting. That's what you want from this, don't you?"

"I don't understand." She's staring up at the sky, flat on her back.
Kaido only grunts. He knows better than to try attacking her even in such a defenseless position. The Rainmaker will be up quicker than he can.
"This man has a home, and his home needs him. Why would he leave it?"
"What the hell are you talking about?"
The Rainmaker rolls over onto her front. "..it doesn't matter. Only this man, this Oden...maybe he has to lose something to see the value of it, that's all."

"Maybe it's the number of cowards I've killed, but I find there to be something admirable for one to stand up for the weaklings at their back." A bitter smile. "Can count the number of times I've seen that from my prey on one hand."
Kaido raises an eyebrow. "Even if they all die anyway? That won't save any of them, and no one will remember that."
"Wrong." She taps at her hat's brim. "I will remember seeing that and so would you. Isn't that what matters in the end? When they keep trying to erase us, to remember?"

"Whoa *hic* that's some- drink."
She slumps face first onto the deck.
He nudges her with the toe of her boot. No response.
"What a lightweight."
"Should I-?" King tilts his head in the snoring woman's direction.
Kaido shakes his head. "Nah. Leave her. It'll be fine."

"You didn't tell me you had kids." He can't help the hiss that enters his voice, a dragon's disagreement.
Her hat tilts in his direction. "You aren't the type to care about that. What makes you care now?"
He doesn't.
"Your kid...I bet they'll be a strong one when they grow up. A decent fight."
"Maybe so. But if either of them grows up weak..." She smiles. Smiling about idea of that, that's- "That's fine. As long as they're happy."
"Without strength, anything could happen to them." He screws his face up to expose his teeth.
The Rainmaker stands up. Dusts out her robes with her hands. "Yes. But if they need me, I'll come with my strength."
"And this is coming from the woman who fights me to get stronger? It's alright if they're not strong enough, when there are enemies so powerful to need that?" He can feel his Haki humming at his teeth, fighting to get out.
Her eyes flatten into gray glass. A fog over an emotionless sea.
"Don't lecture me about the dangers of being weak, Kaido. I know those all too well."
"Then care about what'll happen to them if they are weak, fucking damn it!"
His Haki boils out and her does the same, clashing kings fighting for dominance.
"Kaido, everyone is weak at some point." She bears her teeth back at him, water rippling about her, barely managing to stay whole. A threat, in that lack of wholeness. He knows what she can do, spreading her body out like that.
Like how his own dragon tail lashes out behind him, horns lengthening from the usual oni heights.
"When you were weak, they failed you." She stabs at her own chest. "They failed me when I was weak. But I will not be the same!"
Their Haki crests. Breaks.
"I refuse to be like those who used their power against me."
She glares at him, naginata ready to stab.
"Will you be the same, Kaido?"

How would other form Imu interact with Ginny and Dragon? Would the elders Immediately know that Dragon was made Imortal?
Would the child Imu wants be luffy again or will there be another one? What if first dream of an Imortal Beloved came true for Imu? How would Dragon react if he was told he was Imortal?

Yeah, the Elders would know right away. How Imu does immortality isn't exactly subtle.
Imu would prefer that there be no child at all, actually. Just Imu and Beloved.
But at the moment, Imu wants Luffy back because Imu invested time in making that one damnit. The revelation of Devil Fruit and hat and dream will put Imu off of Luffy and into making a new child, if Dragon still needs one.
If Dragon was told he was immortal, he'd...try to kill himself. This man knows what he wants and what he wants is to not be here forever with Imu.

a headcanon is a fact that you have personally made up as an elaboration of canon. it is your invention. e.g. i think morgana and gwen had a teenage lesbian situationship before the events of canon. or, i think modern morgana would love evanesence.
an interpretation is how one reads the existing text. it is not an invented fact nor is it a headcanon, it is a reading. e.g. i think merlin tries to poison morgana out of misplaced self-hatred. or, i think that one line was delivered with suppressed malice and shows a nuanced relationship.
fanon is the general fandom’s accepted headcanons and interpretations that elaborate or recontextualize canon. e.g. merlin is a badass waif and morgana is a bitch.
these are all different words with different meanings.
as someone who is lowkey obsessed with how the odyssey is structured i find this diagram by james redfield very satisfying:

I have to ask, but how would your crack happy ending look where Many, Many Cat!Imu's are there and Dragon was not there in person vs all the cats saw maybe, their favorite Human how would all the cats react and what would they do to other humans who are not favorite human?
And how fast has Dragon to run bevor he was swamped with mu Cats?
NO ONE CAN ESCAPE THE CAT FLOOD.
Honestly, there'd multiple Imu aspects split up among the cats, so not all of them would like Dragon alone.
Some cats might like Luffy. Others favor Loki. One or two might hop onto the Heart Pirates' ship. Some might want track down God Knights (if any of those are still around and alive). Still more might just be aloof and not want to be around any people.
They'd all be pretty aggressive and possessive, though. Best not to get too close to a particular Imu cat if you don't know which individual cat it is.
(They're all the same black color, same red eyes, so that can be hard to pick out the differences.)
