Roasted up a new Brazil - Cria Carmo de Minas - Honey - Yellow Bourbon this past Monday and pulled it for an espresso just now. Notes of toffee, sweet chocolate and peanut butter. The coffee here was really good, and the decor is cool too! They use a lot of coffee related objects in their decor (such as the drippers used in making pourover coffee), and their door handle is a blind basket! They roast their own coffee, and also serve a filter option, and instead of the usual espresso machine, their have a MOAI Bar built into the counter! Would definitely recommend checking this place out!
