In my opinion I think it's fine to create lyric videos, many fans enjoy them and find them super helpful. I know that some fans don't like them since they say the videos take away views from the MV and also think that every lyric video maker profits from them but this part is not true at all (at least in my case).

All my videos have copyright and the ad revenue is paid to the copyright owner(BigHit) and also I don't add an intro or outro to the video. As for the "stealing" the MV views, I don't upload songs that have a MV with translations and if I do I always wait at least a day to upload them.
