“I, Artemis, shall give her the Eye of the Hunter and Unity with the Beasts!”
Blessed by Artemis, Diana has the ability to communicate with all forms of animals, and her presence alone can even bring a raging beast to a calm standstill. She is also able to direct wild animals when needed.
"So many people dont even read the comics" this is true but we are forgetting about the other ancient reason for making mistakes: i forgor
‘“Fight,” he said, “or die.” And so I fought. Every minute. Every day. Sometimes I won. Sometimes I died.’ - Talia Al Ghul
they are so, so fascinating. because it's still implied Bruce trusts Dick (Batman #358)

It's really interesting the parallels you've alluded to between Dick and Wally! Do you think there are characters who recognise the parallel between them? And do you think eithet of them do?
I mean Roy probably, being that he'll be the one to drag them out hissing and spitting when they're trying to hide their serious problems like sick cats, and is the one to think "wow! that's really concerning!" when one of them says something particularly unhinged. Donna likewise often gets stuck dealing with their issues and is very close to both of them, so I'm sure she's made some comparisons. Bruce has absolutely noticed, iirc he's directly compared them once or twice? And imo it's one of the reasons he tends to like Wally and has been known to ask for his opinions and advice, and is overall more trusting of his judgement than he might otherwise be.
Dick and Wally certainly empathize with each other a good deal, particularly when Wally is working regularly with Bruce as part of the Justice League. Like. I think they're aware that they have things in common, but it's an unspoken kind of understanding for the most part. I will say I think Wally actually knows more about Dick than Dick does about Wally, because if you pay attention to their dialogue Wally tends to be quite good at keeping Dick talking by continually asking him questions without volunteering much or anything about himself in return. Like I've said before Wally is the more secretive of the two of them.
Being similar also has at least as many downsides as upsides imo; they're both stubborn, manipulative, snide, passive aggressive, etc etc, and on top of that don't exactly like any of those things about themselves and so don't enjoy having a mirror of those qualities held up.
golden age Bruce about the death penalty. also worth mentioning both of these issues are written by Don C Cameron [world's finest 15 & 29]
about Dick seeming more hesitant about the death penalty in above comics - i think this further supports that. "he'll learn his lesson in prison" doesn't exactly sound like it's in favor of execution (star spangled comics #78)
and again Bruce having a "they deserve it" attitude (while Dick is possibly more concerned) (detective comics #133)
ah, but just when you think you have them figured out (in this era of comics), they go ahead and do this
(Batman #48)
edit: nevermind, it's obvious why at least Robin is suddenly all for letting someone die. none of the previous examples threatened Batman's identity

It is very sweet. And we see many times over the years just how much Clark loves and is proud of his cousin.
But the very next panel is hilarious:
white girl i love you white girl
hey! coming over to dc from marvel and the timelines are confusing me lmao. which continuity is considered “canon”?
Genuinely though if you want to develop an instinctive feel for the differences in timelines in DC and why they're like that, follow Flash comics. The Flashfam always have some connection to timeline changes, and those are the comics that make an effort to explain what's going on and how the multiverse itself works. I promise it will help.

ROBERT PATTINSON as BRUCE WAYNE
➤• THE BATMAN (2022) DIR. MATT REEVES
Starting from the Golden Age, if you needed a drag persona and style for any particular reason Bruce would already have it. In the Silver Age he was so good at drag that he'd have to be reminded to break character once he was no longer in front of an audience. In the Modern Age his parents worried that he was "too sensitive", that there was something wrong with him, and he was sent to a strict boys boarding school for reasons he didn't understand where he was violently bullied and harrassed for being "quiet and not very athletic", and he had an encyclopedic knowledge of women's fashion before he even studied to be a detective. Like do you see.
