But brushing your teeth for 30 seconds is better than not brushing them at all when that 2 minutes seems exhausting.  Doing ten minutes of yoga is better than 10 minutes of sitting when 30 minutes of cardio sounds impossible.  Changing my clothes is good when a whole shower is impossible.  Standing on the porch for a few minutes is worth it after being in the house for three straight days because I don’t have the energy to go anywhere.

I have a BMI of 35. I am the cutoff for most of medicine. My size or larger, we can't access:

Most surgeries, in fact

bc we can't donate our bodies to science and drs don't study on larger bodies. Medications aren't made for us bc we're often excluded from scientific studies. We're systematically excluded and then blamed for poorer outcomes.

I don't care whether you 'like' looking at me or bodies like mine; we deserve equal access to healthcare [all caps].

I'm not a mental health expert, but I don't think me not reposting Ralsei, Pink and Jax art will do anything to make those thoughts stop spiraling, unfortunately. I'm sorry. I think possibly the peace you want from those thoughts might involve trying some new hormones, pronouns and/or fashion ideas.

If it helps at all, I can tell you that everyone I know who's described having similar thought spirals also report extreme relief at finally trying out some of the possible solutions. Pretty universally they agree that it helps a lot. Not to the point that it solves any of the >gestures broadly< miseries that haunt everything, necessarily, but at least it does something substantial about some very big, personally overwhelming miseries, which can make the rest of them easier to work at.
