An African Abbot in Anglo-Saxon England

To commemorate Black History Month in the United Kingdom, today we remember one of the first Africans to live in Anglo-Saxon England. The man in question was Hadrian (d. 709), the abbot of St Peter’s and St Paul’s at Canterbury, who played a pivotal role in the development of the early Anglo-Saxon Church.

Like, idk how else to describe them fr...

Idk if it was a company or a museum or an organisation...

But they bring this big dark inflatible dome into your school and blow it up in your main hall /spots hall, and thenlike class by class you crawl inside like your being reverse birthed or somthing and you have to sit allomg the edges and NOT LEAN AGAINST THE WALLS AT ALL COSTS!!!

Then they project the stars onto the ceelong fo the dome and tell you facts about them or the myths n the fantasy stuff once they got thought the science stuff.

It always felt so dreamlike and made you legit space out (heh) for the rest of the day being in a dark enclosed space ig.... or, tho one thing that brongs concern is that they ALWAYS did a demonstraion to set the mood... and that was putting dry ice in a tub of water in the middle to make the floor foggy... which i now understand is EXTREAMLY DANGEROUS in an enclosed space!!!

Surely they had ventillation in them or somthing but i like rember air being pumped into these things to keep them up not out?

Infact i think one collapsed on us one year caue the generator died suddely?

Maybe thats why we were so spaced all woozy from oxygen deprivation...?

Am i? The only one who remberes/ experimaced this?
