When asked to compare pictures of before I started Advocare 3 years into my CrossFit journey and where I am now 3 years later after having Advocare and CrossFit in my life. Would not change a thing. After 2 injuries that changed my training for almost 2 years I refused to lose the passion for my Health and Wellness. The journey was not easy and being a coach with major injury trying to inspire new and existing members when you feel less than inspired you have to find a #Purpose in your life that is bigger than the set backs.... My smart, amazing, compassionate, loving and almost 15 year old #daughter is my purpose every single minute every single day. Living as a #adaptiveathlete with migraines is a everyday battle. You may not know by being with me when I feel good that anything could slow me down. In a matter of seconds my whole life changes at the drop of a hat with little or no warning. The countless hours of laying in bed in pain wanting it all to end so I can get up and live is all to real. #migraines will not steal my #happiness or #life. Those of you that have supported me during these times will never be forgotten.
