🏆 ROAD TO HYROX AUCKLAND 🇳🇿
It’s been a while since my last post, but I haven't been idle! ⚡️
Lately, it's been all about the sled pushes and pulls—focusing on raw efficiency and speed to see just how fast I can move them in preparation for next year's HYROX. 💨
Last Thursday's PT session with Jodie was a prime example. I spent the first 30 minutes pushing and pulling those annoyingly heavy sleds. 🥵
To finish, we hit a high-intensity conditioning block:
🔥 4 rounds: 250m Row + 25 Wall Balls.
I managed to hammer out 3 full rounds before the hour was up! The clock got me, but the effort was 100% there. ⏱️
Auckland HYROX prep is well underway! 🇳🇿
