This sweater took me forever to finish. It holds the pain, the anger, the fears and frustrations of all that has been 2020.

I haven’t been able to relax and knit. I pushed through and here ya go

This project is actually a really interesting form of colorwork knitting, called mosaic knitting. Unlike stranded colorwork where you hold two or more strands of yarn, knitting different colors on and off to create a pattern. With mosaic you only work one strand at a time, slipping the stitches that don’t get that color. For example, this pattern goes: slip 2 stitches, knit 2 stitches. This makes it really easy to knit with two colors, creating designs and texture!
