When you fall in love you are risking everything and it’s brave to allow yourself to do it. It doesn’t have to be romantic; you fall in love with the people you meet, or mountains, lakes, houses, concepts, hobbies, music. Even if the song is overplayed and gets old, even if you move away from everything, even if you cant participate in your hobby because you are too busy, even if you grow older and you don’t like any of the same things you used to like. The love was there and you can revisit it another time, just not now. It all hurts so badly and is often out of your control. So you fall in love again and will eventually think about it less, but someday you will be reminded and find that spark in your heart again.
