Where did Naruto’s dattebayo go in English?

At first glance, it feels like Naruto’s catchphrase should be easy to spot.

But in the English manga, it is not really there as a fixed phrase.

Instead, Naruto’s attitude gets spread across the whole sentence. The word fades, but the character stays.
