We close at 9 where I work and we’re not allowed to kick customers out so we had this one lady who kept shopping and it was already 9:15. When she finally got to the registers she had a cart full of shit and she ended up not taking any of it cuz she couldn’t use her coupons on those items that were already 80% off! (It was Christmas items so yeah). Since it was the holidays we already had so much returns to put back on the floor and she added more to that. We didn’t leave till 11, I was so mad I hate people.
