I recently picked up Hiromi Matsuo's Rondo artbook (which is chock-full of the most gorgeous fashion illustrations, and which I hear has just been licensed for an English release!!), and spotted a particular hat that I thought would look good on Merisel. So I drew it! 👒

Character sketch sheet commission of the client's character Azalea! I was so delighted upon first seeing his design - those wings! That hair! The makeup! The arms! So many fantastic elements! I was super excited to draw him and show them all off. ^_^

Papercraft commission of the client's friend's character, Alister! He's a half-elf artificer who specializes in making mechanical pets (which double as weaponry), represented here by that little clockwork hedgehog above him! His requested arms-crossed pose was great fun to make, plus I always love having a reason to bust out the craft gears and tiny watch components. ⚙️

Assorted Dio doodles! The bike sketches are mostly referenced from the Yamaha 2015 motorsports promo booklet.

A painting done as a gift for a friend! I was pretty nervous before starting this one because I hadn't used watercolors in quite in a while, and also, I'm not often called upon to portray buildings - so, there were lots of elements here that felt out of my comfort zone. But I ended up having fun! And my friend seemed very pleased with the gift, which is what matters most. 💕

Papercraft commission of Corbeau from Pokémon Legends: Z-A! I really enjoyed all the poison-esque details of his design on his lapels, glasses and coat lining, so I tried to make them stand out with shimmery holographic paper. The marbled magenta paper on the inner lining of his coat, in particular, is a longtime favorite of mine, but I rarely get the chance to use it, so I was excited that it suited Corbeau so well!

Hello there, dearest Anon! Pet portraits - for example, a fullbody or a bust piece - are priced the same as my other papercraft! They also come with a bonus free background paper, to better help the pet's fur (scales/coat/body in general) stand out. 🐾

Papercraft commission of Chrollo (and his indoor fish!), looking out over the city skyline as a heist unfolds below. This one had a lot of complicated layering, from the block-like buildings in the background to the scales of the long fish bodies, and I think the overall effect came out really neat!

Motorcyclemafiamechs doodles! I love my bright highlighters and pens :D I love that I keep getting more in assorted colors so I can sketch in each character's respective color and add little accent colors to boot :DDD

A papercraft memorial portrait of Cinder, a wonderfully sweet cat. Her most beloved pose was loafing with her legs tucked up underneath her, so that was the requested pose for the piece. I hope I did her cuteness justice!

Mini papercraft commission of Hythlodaeus, Azem, and Emet-Selch/Hades from Final Fantasy XIV! It's always interesting to make characters who wear the same uniform, because my dueling instincts are to A) keep all the patterns of their clothes the same, because, well, they're meant to be uniform! or B) BUT IT'S FUN TO USE AS MANY PATTERNS AS I CAN!!! I pitched down the middle for these by using the same pattern for the base of each black cloak, but they all get different hoods and mask patterns. ^_^
