Crying in the tub & getting wine drunk thinking about everyone I’ve ever loved that’s no longer in my life, platonic and romantic, thinking of how all those people hurt me and walked all over me and how I don’t ever want to be upset about it.. but I still don’t know how to trust anyone or let anyone in. even if those people are trying really hard & have good intentions bc I’m just so scared of being hurt. And it sucks.

If you are mentally fatigued and your day to day life seems meaningless, please try to constantly remind yourself that you are living through a plethora of negative historical events. How you feel is a direct result of that. Be kind to yourself and take it easy.
