I have a comic about it coming (which i have to give a cw on) the one on his nose he got it on one of his first missions. the one on his chin was from a blaster shot

Little SB insisted on keeping them because he wanted his face to look cool like Soundwave's. His recent scars are just normal battle wounds, nothing too memorable
