COTL fics and maybe some other things
I admittedly already do not know how much or even when I do some of these things. There are other things I feel I have to do first as some sort of preparation. But I still like those thoughts I have, and I guess I want to share them!
COTL fics; main story and side story
I am still in the "unsure" moment where I don't know if I rather want to start the main story or the side story. People might say the main story might be better, considering these usually introduce the characters. Especially when some of these characters are part of a side story, which is the case here.
The side story is what one might call a love story, or mayhaps not. You see, I'm interested in writing a QPR between a canon character and two OCs of mine. I might look into it some more at first because the images I've been having kinda scream romantic. I am thinking about asking someone to proofread it, someone who might know more about QPRs. But again, this would be the case if I ever manage to start writing it.
TADC; opinion-oriented posts
The Amazing Digital Circus has become rather toxic, if I dare so to say. I believe when the VAs say the fandom is great, at the same time I cannot believe it. It is true that the most likely part of the community are online only, myself included, and that this might be why so many toxic people are there. After all, it's simple that online, due to the possibility of being anonymous, people tend to be assholes. (Not all of them of course, but this point is still valid.)
It is disheartening to see what Goose has said, and I wish the best for her. I also admittedly still feel bad about my Bluesky post, where I rambled about some things I don't like. However, I (and, of course, others) feel like there are things that could have been better. And that's one of the things I wish to talk about someday, mayhaps after the last episode dropped.
Speaking of which, I feel bad for those who have seen the leak. I honestly curse the one who has leaked it. Is it the end of the world? Absolutely not, and harassing creators is also just pathetic. I saw someone having said something around the lines of "the way indie creators are treated should have been the energy given towards politicians" and I agree wholeheartedly (again, not the exact words, but that was basically what this person said in their post).
