This was the scene the few nights before #geekflea: washing so many hoops before putting on the finishing touches. My heart has been a-flutter since. I have so many people to thank: @unwinnable for putting on such a cool event, my babes @jenna_zee and @arianavictoriarose for being my table partners and all-around amazing women, all my friends and family who came through (thanks for the coffee, mom!), and everyone who took the time to look at my wares, pick up a business card (@karatevegan thank you for the amazing design work and for always digging my crazy ideas), or even go so far as to purchase something! It's the night before Geek Flea and I'm still stitching my tiny fingahs off! There will be only one of most pieces available at the event (like this (key)Chain Chomp), but everything will be up for purchase via Etsy (will post more about that tonight)! YOU AND YOUR FRIENDS ARE DEAD. GAME OVER. This 8-bit Jason Voorhees pin will be available to purchase at Geek Flea this Saturday and will be listed on my Etsy shop soon. The 1989 Friday the 13th NES video game is one of my favorites, due largely in part to the creative liberties taken with the colors of Jason's outfit. This pin is easily secured with a butterfly clutch clasp and backed with Eco-fi felt (which is high-quality polyester fiber made from 100% certified recycled plastic PET bottles).
