What if Carmine became a therapist because he felt responsible for Rigel’s death?

Or what if Carmine accidentally killed Rigel and chose to become a therapist to avoid accountability, convincing himself that he was a good person because he was helping others?

I think Rigel is more of a father because there was a voiceline of his that has him calling Carmine “my boy”. I even saw someone say they might have had something of a Pinocchio and Geppetto relationship.

Solar returned to the dimension where Titan had placed Nebula. Titan was dead, but his daughter, Anastasia, could not be found—or at least that’s what Sun and Cosmo said after Titan’s death.

So Solar went to the one place he knew Titan had hidden Nebula.

When he arrived, all he saw was a collapsing world. Amid the destruction, he spotted Anastasia holding Nebula’s hand as she opened a portal to leave.

“Nebula!” Solar yelled, running toward her.

Nebula looked at him and said, “What do you want? I thought I told you to leave me and my child alone.”

Solar sighed but continued speaking. “She’s not your child. Titan made you believe that. You need to come with me before this place collapses. We can fix you, help you get your memories back.”

But Nebula refused. “I am not going with you, and I’m not letting my child go anywhere alone,” she said.

Solar glanced at Anastasia, who was tightly holding Nebula’s hand, like a child pulling her toward something only she could see.

Solar tried again. “Then bring her with you. She can come with us. We can fix this together. Just don’t leave with her alone—come with me, and bring her too.”

But Nebula shook her head. “No, I don’t think I will. I don’t trust you, and I don’t know you. And my husband is dead,” she said.

Then she stepped through the portal with Anastasia.

Solar dropped to his knees, sobbing. He knew he couldn’t stay in that dimension much longer as it continued collapsing around him. He opened a portal and returned home, clearly devastated, his eyes red and swollen from crying.

When he returned, Cosmo and Sun noticed immediately. Cosmo rushed to him and asked, “What happened?”

Solar replied, “Nebula’s gone.”

Jack stopped jumping on the trampoline and asked, “Is gone… gone?”

Solar shook his head. “Not dead gone. But she might as well be.”

He walked into the house, went to his room, and locked the door.

Everyone just stood there, unsure what to do. They assumed Anastasia might still be alive and possibly had some kind of influence over Nebula—similar to how Titan once did. Whatever Nebula had said, or whatever Anastasia had done, had left Solar broken like this.

Maybe she was gone—but not completely.
