\\The sun goddess Natheli was sick of running away from her husband - the moon god Hame and having to share the world with him. She asked her father - the sky god Cispher for help. Cispher would gladly destroy his daughter's mistake, but his wife - the earth goddess Mitsa stopped him. She said that humans have started to love Hame and the darkness he brought - they used Natheli's abscense to rest, sleep and measure time, and some even found night especially beautiful. Hame seemed to notice that too and eventually his jealousy for his wife stopped. He and the other gods agreed that there was no need to ruin the new balance of things and Natheli had to reluctantly agree. But she wanted to take revenge on Hame. With the help of her younger sister Sveli - the goddess of fresh water and Varuli - the goddess of love she created a beautiful young goddess Keane - the ocean, who was desperately in love with Hame. By the will of Varuli Hame waa mesmerised by beautiful Keane but they were far away from each other. Keane was trapped on land, she leaned towards him, but could never rise up, and Hame coming down to her would destroy the earth and humans. Hame was devastated by his love - now he was the one tearing his body apart every month and he refused to let his children heal him.

Natheli was rejoicing her victory, but soon Varuli and Sveli called for her mercy - if Hame died his children would still maintain the balance of day and night, but Keane's sorrow would never be healed. Feeling mercy for her own creature, Natheli backed down - she would burn away a part of Keane into steam, rising her up to her lover, but only for some time - then she would have to come back down to earth. As a punishment for threatening Natheli and as a way of helping humans track time Hame would still have to suffer tearing himself apart.\\i

\\The golden sun goddess named Natheli shone so bright that nobody could look at her and she couldn't find herself a husband. From a reflection of her own light she created him for herself - a pale god by the name of Hame. They lived happily for a time, until Hame became jealous of his wife's dazzling light that made humans worship her more alnd tried to rip it off her skin. Natheli defended herself by throwing him to the other side of the world, but even from there he never stopped chasing her. To this day Natheli is always running away from her husband. When he catches up, she stops to rip a part of his light from him and toss it away into the sky, filling it with stars - tiny specks of moonlight. It takes her a month to destroy him, and a month for him to regrow himself, rejoined by the stars - his children, always following him and always refusing to join the sun instead. Legend has it that one day Natheli will manage to destroy Hame and rid the world of darkness, until then humans are ruled by day and night.\\
