I LOVE IT SOSOSOSO MUCH AND I LOVE ALL OF THE DAMN INTERNET HOMETOWN HERO REFERENCES BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY I LOVE IHH AND LIKE AHHHHHH

Genuinely didn't realise it had ACTUALLY released yesterday until I checked my messages and I saw it say, like,

The last song of the year and the end of an era!

OKAY SO I KNEW THAT IT'D BE THE LAST OF THE YEAR BC IF HE RELEASED ANOTHER SONG WOAHHHHH BUT END OF AN ERA

HOLY FUCK WHERE DO I START????

The last year (from last December to now) has been a FUCKING train wreck. Actually more like a rollercoaster, but STILL!

It's been so hard and the thing that REALLY got me through it was DEFINITELY MICO's music, Internet Hometown Hero in particular. And not just because it was good music (which it 100% is, it's peak!)

It's about the emotion and the relatability and how HARD it struck me. It made me realise a lot of things about myself and though things, ah, are kinda getting worse, it's okay, because the music helps.

I'm always into the music when I listen to it, and that's a rare thing I say about any artist. Honestly, MICO is the definition of my year and he deserves the world.
