It's rainy and cold today and it's making me want to switch over my closet and take all the summer stuff out and store it away even though it's going to be back to summer weather literally tomorrow

I can feel myself getting bad again and it freaks me out. I've had a breakdown everyday since Saturday and even before that I just had no energy and have been anxious and stressed and I've started isolating again. Like, I had made plans forever ago for this past weekend for my birthday and I had to work so hard just to act and feel human that the whole next day I was a crying anxious mess even though I wanted to have fun and im just so sick of my brain.
