I know, I know that canonically werewolves in HP are just similar to regular wolves, but I have always been big fan of PoA movie werewolf design. I feel like it communicate better what they are and why people are so disgusted/fearfull of them. Also I think it adds impact to the "you were beautiful" line if Remus is not a majestatic wolf but actually body horror nightmare fuel xd something something monster is not a monster when you love it and Sirius is man of interesting tastes.
