It’s funny when I make posts about not shipping Michael and David together and not harassing their wives/partners over it, and a lot of people will reply with “I agree!! I love Michael and David and they don’t deserve this!!” and like… yeah, that is one of my points but even when I’m literally trying to make posts explicitly supporting Georgia and Anna, people will still ignore them in favour of David and Michael. I’m begging you to start seeing these poor women as actual human beings as opposed to just “the partners of David and Michael”. Like, I’m not just trying to support DT and MS I am also actively in support of GT and AL because I love all four of them and I’ve been given no reason not to. I will get people in my notes saying stuff like “yesss if David and Michael ever do decide to leave their marriages then that’s none of our business 🥺” and ummm yeah sure but also?? Georgia and Anna are right there?? They also deserve as much love from the fandom as David and Michael do because by this point all four of them come as a package deal and if I haven’t made it obvious by now, I fucking love Georgia and Anna. They were the stars of Staged and we need to appreciate women more in this goddamn fandom. The misogyny is starting to show.
