look into local ordinances and such to see what the rules for installing a road sign is, because honestly looking at that one in this picture it appears to be placed illegally, to close to the actual roadway, which makes it a hazard, doubly so if it wasn't installed properly and inspected by whoever it is that has the job of inspecting this kind of thing.
this is the kind of thing where the asshole that files nuisance lawsuits over piddly little inconsequential ADA things or HOA Karens could actually use their powers for good,
I strongly advice against anyone bulk ordering overpowered unregulated laser pointers off ebay and frying the camera sensors with them. Definitely don't do that (without eye protection).
