I went out to the mall with my sibling. I am very tired, and wish I had not gone.

I have gotten extreme fatigue and sensory sensitivity after getting a viral illness. I have had chronic pain and fatigue for many years, but nothing like this. It is stopping my daily activities and disrupting my routine. I want to talk to my doctor about it, but she is on holiday.

I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow. It is far away. I will have to take the bus. I am scared. Last time I took the bus I had a meltdown. Then a pastor that I didn’t know had to drive me home. I hope it will go better than last time.

My roommate is moving out. I felt empathy for them. I don’t feel empathy very often. I do not enjoy it when I do. It feels like someone is standing on my chest.

Today I have a developmental services meeting. They will asses me to see if I qualify for more supports and funding. I hope it goes well. I am nervous.

My roommate argued over text. I told her that I did not understand most of what she was saying. She told me that she didn’t believe that. It made me upset. People often underestimate or overestimate my cognitive abilities.

My support worker is coming today. She is feeling better. I am excited to get things done. Next week we will be going shopping, and preparing meals. I am excited for that too.

I am rewatching the entire series! I love all the seasons, but the first in is very nostalgic. I like Twilight because she’s just like me! She learns things every day!

I made my roommate angry. She said I was manipulative and rude. I do not understand what I did wrong. I think I will give her space and then take many notes on what to do in the future.

My support worker is sick. I am all alone. I wanted to do something today but now I cannot. But it is not her fault for getting ill.

Today I learned that resisting OCD compulsions is easier than I thought. It is still very hard. But it is not impossible.

I do not quite understand how crosswalks work yet. The buttons are confusing, and I do not know when to walk. But, I did not get hit by a car, so it is okay.
