What u need:

1 or 2 eggs (my pan only fits one egg but you do you)

Two slices of salami (or pepperoni if ya wanna get crazy) cut into slivers (like u would cut a pizza)

A handful of spinach idk man not TOO much tho

Spices of your choice (I just use black pepper)

Some shredded cheese (I use Colby Jack)

What u do:

Pour egg into preheated pan, add spices and meat as the egg starts to heat up

Let it do it’s thang

Flippity

QUICK add your spinach oh my god

AND THE CHEESE (I think I cook things too hot so as soon as I flip my omelet it’s done like instantly) (btw turn the heat down at this point idk if you’ve ever made an omelet before)

Let it cook until the cheese is kinda melted and the meat is cooked on the bottom (I like it black on the edges and crunchy like bacon)

Slide that bitch onto a plate and fold it so the spinach and cheese is on the inside
