What is your fav relationship in your novel?

OH MAN

objectively it's definitely paisley and katja purely because there is SO much love there in the fact that paisley is the first non-relative she ever truly loves and katja is the first paisley opens up to following the loss of her family and they just BEAM whenever they're with each other and what paisley ends up doing for katja it's just [cries]

BUT i do have a soft spot for paisley and maia because i love the whole conflict it brings as well as how maia alters after falling head over heels for paisley

also paisley and art..............who aren't canon in ANY WAY POSSIBLE

I noticed that quite a few relationships in apocalyptic have a bit of an age difference. Is society less taboo about age difference dynamics in the apocalyptic world? Or are you purposely making relationships with age differences as to address the issue society currently has with them in today's world? xx

intentionally there was no reasoning behind the age gaps!! i mean i sort of created the characters first and then their relationships came second so it wasn't my primary thinking to have their age gaps to actually be legal but in an apocalyptic world when 70% of the population has been wiped out by this virus i don't think the governments are wary about the legality behind relationships as long as reproduction occurs
