A few days ago EA rereleased the most iconic franchise of the sims (also ts1)

i think it's cool for those who have a hard time loading the game on their pc but.....PLEASE, to everyone who's going to buy it thinking it's a form of remaster, i want to warn you to do your research so you can avoid any type of dissapointment ^^.

And also PLEASE again, if you don't have any issue running it on your pc, you can do what you want but it's useless for you to buy it.

You can safely have it for free illegaly, the game is too old to add any huge malwares to your pc unless you went on a weird site.

Here I live with my children and husband in a fragile tent that cannot withstand the harshness of nature.

Rain seeps in, drenching us and leaving us shivering in unbearable cold, while strong winds tear the tent apart again and again. I find my husband having to fix it every hour with his tired hands. Every night seems like a battle against cold, hunger and fear, and there is nothing to rely on but patience and prayer.

The tent was completely flooded, and the water reached my children while they were asleep, soaking their mattress and waking them up cold and sick. Seeing them shivering from the cold and illness carved an indescribable pain into my heart.

I appeal to your compassionate hearts The cold is consuming us. Children and adults alike suffer, and a tent cannot protect us from the harsh winter. We feel life slipping away from us with every gust of icy wind. I am writing to you now while I am suffering, my limbs are frozen and my pain never ends. You are our last hope.

Please, don't leave us fighting this cold alone I beg you with everything I have, to keep my voice alive, for I fear that my cries will become mere whispers lost in the void. I beg you, help me. The night intertwined with pain.

Linda blames CC archivers and people who redistribute her content because, of course, she charges money for her CC. Pretty scummy.

Here's the story: both simPe and the hoodchecker say half my sims have been deleted. But it's not true? All my sims are there!

Situation:

I open the savegame of the folder 003 (Veronaville) and everything is ok, the sims are all there (and I'm sure of it because I opened the families one by one to do makeovers)

I made a BACKUP of the savegame, I put some new mods (safe, I found them from trusted players, no mods with NPC) and THEN i opened the game.

I """played""" a while while trying out the new mods, saved and exit.

As my habit, I open the HC for a check and... I find this. All my sims, or at least, half of them have been deleted, or so the program says.

Obviously I'm scared to death, I think the problem is some mod, so I put the backup back ... and even there the hoodchecker and simPe says that the sims have been deleted. And it's impossible because I played with it until two minutes ago, both with the current save and with the backup. By the way, if they were already deleted in the backup I shouldn't have found them in the actual save either, right? and instead.

The strange thing is that I opened another savegame and even in that the hoodchecker says that half of the sims have been deleted but EVEN with that one I played and the sims were all there!

I don't know if it's a bug, but I hope that tomorrow when I open the saves all the Sims will be there and that it's all a bug or I'll go crazy.

I don't want to do drama, I don't know what happened, I don't know if it was an accident, I don't know if she failed to do something right and this happened, I don't know if she did it on purpose but…well, that was it.

I'm 100% sure because I ONLY tried her cc's in a clean save in a newly generated EA Games folder.

I tried my entire download folder (cc and mod) in a regenerated folder which I had regenerated a zillion times to check everything cleanly (even the saves was regenerated multiple times) and ONLY her ccs generated these sims without character data.

Curiously the game was reading some of her ccs as "game altering mods" and not as normal ccs.

Here I have the screenshots. I won't tell you not to download from her because I REPEAT, I don't want to create drama, but be very careful.
