"it's been a long time, i shouldn't have let you"

I'm back after months of work without posting barely anything on my Tumblr so now that i have the the time to get back in my projects here i'm letting you know what's good since i got a long break.

About my cc collection, it's still in work, i posted the first part a while without posting the part 2 and 3 but i can reassure some of you that are waiting for it that some cc's are made, the truth is some of them have textures issues, bugs with the meshes and Blender so all these issues other than my personnal life things are kinda the reason why i took a break from doing that collection.

I was still working on it while having a break but wasn't as much into cause i was also trying other games and creativity as been asleep for some time which really pisses my off cause i love sharing my ideas or stuff i make, but trust me i'm a real turtle but i'm turtle because i want to give you something decent or something with a piece of authenticity that's really important to me.

I'm an INFP with ENFP tendencies which means i love to start projects but it takes me a while to finish them because my brain gets distracted a lot while doing it, leads me to fantasize about other projects which also leads me to take a break from current projects i'm working on.

That's the whole issue with havine a imaginative and fantasizing brain , thoughts gets all over the place lol. (While i'm writing this post i'm thinking about doing a story in Strangetown with custom characters and editing it like a tv show to post on Tumblr lol)

The other issue and issue that sucks even more is that my game is corrupted, BodyShop works properly so i can still create things but when it comes to test my cc in the gameplay that's more risky so there's a few work i have to do with fixing my game.

I'm still going to make a review on the console ports of Ts2 (base game versions only and not Pets and Castaway but who knows one day) I got almost all of them excep the mobile version , i played them but didn't finish some of their stories especially ps2,gba and ds. I already played the psp version several time years ago so i don't even need to play it again.

I'm still working on my ts2 Strangetown theories part 2 as well hihi

I'll still post some fun lil post before letting you know about cc's and my reviews.

Here's finally the first part of the collection (Part 1-1).

There will be a Part 1-2 and a Part 1-3.

I'll publish the Part 2 when i can i don't want to give any official dates anymore since i constantly delayed my publishing.

here's a very cute lil maxis ponytail for girl children, i a remesh that i made out of maxis child pigtails hair.

2) tfstartop :

here's a simple teen star top retexture and recolor , inspired by late 90's early 00's teenage tops and maxis unused Tf Flaired Midriff top.

Warning : this top needs the original mesh to work here

3) afbikinineclacetop :

Inspired by the unused bikini top from the psp version of ts2, i just thought it was cool to give a mix of a recreation and a inspiration of that top.

4) tmpullovers :

Here's a retexture and recolored version of of the maxis simple teen pull from the base game.

As you can i used some logos from Urbz and TS2 console games as a tribute for the 20 year anniversary of Urbz and ts2 consoles.

Again i apologize for the wait, like i said i won't give any official date anymore in the future by fear of giving broken promises again >.<

It was to announce that my collection it delayed to august, it was set to be released today , but i had some annoying issues with some package that needs time to be fixed.

I'm also working full time a job that takes a lot of my physical energy which leads me to feel often exhausted when i go home (i know it's personal and everyone can be busy as well but i rather keep it rl <3)

i know for some of you it might be not that big of a deal but i hate to announce something than finally delaying it,it sucks for me cause i hate give to give broken promises and for you guys to have more time to wait.

But the set is def coming and isn't cancelled , hope you guys are having a great day <3<3

So the collectuion is still coming this month , prob later in the month since lots of things to do.

Anyway i'm letting you guys know where i'm at with the collection ;

Hair : 2 new meshes

Clothes : more than 7 (i also take in consideration other age groups)

Makeup : 0 for now but i'll prob create some in my future collections

Build mode : 4+ Maxis Wallpapers recolors

Goal for Collection part 2 ;

Hair : 2+ new hairstyles

Clothes : more retextures clothes

Hi guys took me a while to announce it or giving any news about it but yes the first part of set or collection cc is finally coming around july.

It's going to be about edited base game contents with a touch of originality.

i will let y'all know what did i do while i wasn't giving any news and what's still in work.

It has been quite a while since i didn't post cause so many things going on irl, but hey we're all busy spiritually of physically ^^.

Warning ! : I'm not a pro creator, i'm still enjoying learning how to make my cc's correctly, i'm always honest about my getting inspired by someone's work or always make sure i credit someone's original cc when i recolor and retexture it.

I made two characters of the Haunting of Bly Manor.^^

I loved The Haunting of Hill House , very sad and touching story, But Bly Manor was my favorite, i felt more emotionally attached to the story and related more to some of the characters than Hill House.

As much as i have so many things to say about that iconic show there won't be any spoilers and just my perspective of the characters i recreated.

The late 80's aesthethic of the show was also so beautiful, a mix of sad Modern Age and 80's soft colorful vintage vibe, prob my fav aesthethic even tho i'm more of a 70's and 90's than a 80's kind of person haha.

I watched it like 4 years ago but i still think about that iconic show years later

The first is obviously Dani Clayton ( Victoria Pedretti ) :

This is a verryyy maxis recreation with almost no cc's and pretty much custom face sliders so i tried my best to recreate based of what i had haha.

it took me several attempts to represent her unique beauty as much as i could.

She's just my fav character but also the main character of the show at least the main character that is highlighted from the jump.

Her sensitivity and traumas really touched me, her sensitivity might be mistaken as a weakness but that is actually what made her strong, her expressing her emotions is a way for her to defend herself.

i love Victoria Pedretti, to me she is such an iconic actress, she's really good at making every single characters she played relatable , even the villains she played.

She's also really talented at making you cry through her characters lol <3

The second and last baddie Hannah Grose (T'Nia Miller) :

I'm a lil upset at this one cause my dumbass accidentally forgot to save her i was so proud of my work ='(

I tried my best to pay attention to some of her facial details and representing her beauty authentic well. <3

She's such a sweet baddie to me, she's a quite serious but a friendly person at the same time and quite prude as well (not prude in a degrading way but more in a way that she might feel very uncomfortable about some subject based on possibly a the strict education she might've had, we all of our own boundaries).

Her character is very touching because she's someone that spends her time caring about others and doesn't take enough time for herself , her selfless personnality is what makes her likeable but is also what is very sad about her character, she barely thinks of her own needs.

You just want to let her know that she can give herself some pleasure and find her own true happiness instead of always having to be here for others.

You just want to give her a hug and letting her know she can fly away and pursue her dreams.

T'Nia Miller is a very great actress she knows are too portray characters that are opposite from some she played so well you'll think these characters are her personnality irl, she also seems very chill and funny irl.

There's some other characters from the show i love but even tho i doubt creating them would spoil you, my description of them might actually spoil you so that's why i chose not to haha.

Dani and Hannah are both my number one anyway haha.

Hello guys , i hope you're all well, since you the release on a new life simulation game and upcoming ones i wanted to give a lil opinions about it.

( My tumblr is still mainly about Ts2 lol i just like to sometimes talk about other sims stuff that are unrelated to ts2 at times )

Here's some of them ;

I don't believe in "Sims killer" or "Sims 2.0" i think other simulation games are an opportunity for us to have multiple other choices other than The Sims but I think The Sims will always remain iconic , it was the first ever life sim game for decades that gave us iconic memories and built a big and strong fanbase, This Sims franchise as many flaws that's for sure but i see it as an occasion for EA to do better before it's way too late.

I'm so happy we get to have other life sim games even tho an hyperealistic option is not my cup of tea, i think it kind of takes away the fun vibe of a life sim game, i like a cartoony or comic book type of artstyle, a lil realistic but not too releastic, i rather have a realistic gameplay rather than realistic graphics so i rather wait for other candidates to be released but i'm still happy for people who loves it ^^.

Ok but why this hair actually looks so good tho ? This was supposed to be a modernized version of the Beta Flip Hair , this one had a more alpha texture than the mid 2003 one.

I could honesty see it blend in well with the other hairstyles in the final game tbh, i also gives me 2006-2007 sims 2 hair cc’s as well which i think looked so good.

I think the hair was deleted around early 2004 , because in a hidden picture of Melissa Sims in the game files you can see that the adult version of they (since they died as a teen) ( i say they and not her cause they gender is described as ambiguous ) that hair as well and the UI sim pose looks like it’s around february-march 2004 and after that the hair wasn’t seen anywhere even in beta cas footage from april 2004

I think it’s around that time because around pictures from dec 2003 and early jan 2004, the ui poses around that time were still in stand still mode without a specific facial expressions, here’s an exemple below :

The original hair was maybe replaced by this one we have in the final game since both have a similar name and after the original hair got deleted around ( maybe ) march, the final version of it first appeared around April 2004.

Which i come to a conclusion that some hair from the beta version weren’t really deleted but just updated and modernized even tho i think the beta flip hair from the concept picture was more detailed.

But this is just a theory tho.
