Being undocumented is not actually classified as a crime (x). If it was, cases would be handled by the judicial branch, and defendants would receive the benefits of due process. But because it isn't, it is handled by the executive branch, and defendants do not get due process, in clear violation of their rights. That means no lawyers, no jury, and no real judge.

Immigration "judges," who are not required to have nearly as much experience or education in law as real judges (x), face no consequences for wrongful deportation, they are only really evaluated based on how many people they process.

While it's difficult to pin down an exact number, there have been an estimated 4,000 wrongful detention/deportations by 2010 alone (x - this one suggests a possible 20,000) (x - this one confirms over a thousand), with several reported on in mainstream media (Mark Lyttle, Pedro Guzman, Roberto Dominquez, Andres Gonzalez, Esteban Tiznado-Reyna).

In April 2025, there were several more confirmed wrongful deportations, including a 2-year-old citizen deported to Honduras (x) (x), a 10-year-old with brain cancer on her way to a medical appointment (x), and a 7-year-old and her 4-year-old brother with stage 4 cancer (x).

Like ESPECIALLY in the jojo community, as an avid Pucci fan I am actually in drought right now. No one talks about him and when they do they talk about Dio only for some fucking reason? Not even gonna get into the GOD AWFUL ship that is diopucci (he was 16 when they met BY THE WAY!), my main problem is they boil his character down to his devotion to Dio when he is SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT.

No one talks about how religion affected him, how he was so kind and how complex his backstory is. How he couldve been a completely different person if Dio didnt ruin his life. How he actually IS kind still, but he is so far gone to religious psychosis and his obsession with being a savior that it has made him the complete opposite of what he aspired to be. I could talk about him all day, talk about his religious side and non religious side, but apparently the fandom doesnt agree with me on this.

I go on ao3 and he only has 1500 fics about him. Most of these are smut and crossovers, and the ones that are not are either diopucci or just him as a side character. I cant find any proper Pucci focused fics. I dont CARE if Dio is an important part of his character, I know that, but is it a crime for me to want to consume ONLY my favorite characters content?? Without any other characters??

He is literally the most interesting the best written character in all of jojos. He is EASILY the best and most impactful villain, why does he have to get this treatment? You cant even argue that he doesnt interest you, if you watched and liked part 6 then HE INTERESTS YOU. HE *IS* PART 6. Part 6 is NOTHING without him. I get just not liking a character in general but if you want to talk about Jjba's lore in general THEN YOU HAVE TO TALK ABOUT HIM. AND ACKNOWLEDGE HIM.
